The much-discussed spaghetti squash (we also discussed it at the shower on Sunday! and apparently it was a thing in the 70s, too) with spaghetti sauce, chicken and some goat cheese. Verdict? I’m not obsessed, nor disgusted. It tastes pretty similar to spaghetti but definitely has a little somethin’ somethin’ missing.
