Spaghetti Squash

Per Lemon’s above-linked recipe, I finally tried cooking spaghetti squash tonight. I sort of did a combo of her recipe and the directions on the outside of the squash. I microwaved the whole thing for 5 minutes to soften the skin and then tore into it with the biggest knife I have, trying to cut it up. It’s a slippery little f***er!

Then, I scooped as much out as I  humanly could and put the rest back in the microwave to soften it some more. It’s now boiling on the stove.

How do you make spaghetti squash?
