What to have for dinner? I’m going to this restaurant tonight and trying to figure out what’s the healthiest (besides the salad.) I’m thinking maybe fajitas and substituting with corn tortillas. Going out is always hard!

I'm waiting for takeout
If you’re a loyal reader, you know I’m probably waiting for sushi. If you’re not a loyal reader, you probably don’t care. Actually either way, you probably don’t care. Anyway, I know I spend too much money on takeout. But hey, if I could stop eating all the crap that made me fat and lose 19 pounds in 10 weeks, I can stop spending so much on takeout and cooking more....

I've lost 19 pounds!
Not 15, not 18, not 20. I mentioned to someone today that I lost 19 pounds, and they said “wow, you lost 20 pounds!” I got weirdly defensive. Most of those pounds have been a struggle. Strangely enough, the last 4-5 were ridiculously easy. But the rest I WORKED MY ASS OFF FOR. So when I get to 20, (which should be really soon!) I will throw myself a party. Like, at the gym. One more note on the nutritionist
Lest you think you can’t afford a nutritionist, PLEASE check your health insurance, as she was covered by my health insurance as a specialist, so I had to pay a $40 copay, which is much better than whatever it would have cost to see her had my insurance not covered it. Also, sometimes pre-existing conditions (i.e. stomach conditions) can be “reasons” that insurance will cover it.

Today is a rockstar kinda day
I e-mailed my mom and told her I pretty much feel like there’s nothing I can’t do right now. This morning I jumped on the scale and it said 171, which is 18 pounds down from where I started! Quick update!
It’s absolutely gorgeous here in NYC! So last night I met up with a friend of mine from Junior League at Ulysses, which is on the awesome Stone Street (looks totally European.)
