Last night was one of those random-and-fabulous nights. I saw Gretchen Rubin speak which was AMAZING, and then I met up with a friend at Vero Wine Bar to celebrate her new job (and eat tacos!) I hadn’t managed to get to the gym…so I walked the 30 blocks from Junior League down to Vero, thinking about the lovely spring evening.

On my way, I got a text from my friend Anna (from DC) that she was “stuck” in New York on her way to Iceland, was I around?? She met up with us and crashed on my couch last night. Having a friend in town is always awesome, but unexpectedly? So much fun.
