This was totally necessary this morning. I had a busy morning of packing and prepping before my trip to Baltimore/DC. By the time I get back, my last long run before the half will be behind me! Whew.

I’m very jealous right now of Casey and Jordan’s ski adventures. The last time I was out West skiing was in college. Anyone wanna plan a ski trip???
