For someone who has a hard time living without meat, Lent is hard. When your mom sends you back to the city with some yummy stuffed chicken she made that you know you can’t eat, Lent is even harder. I’m not lying when I say I thought about this chicken all day yesterday. So I had some this afternoon. Even though I was pretty full from breakfast.
