This is one of those throw-in-everything kind of meals. I had some veal patties that my mom gave me that I wanted to use and some stray vegetables that my body was CRYING OUT FOR after a weekend of trouble-making with Meggie. I threw in: sundried tomatoes, sauteed spinach and caramelized onions from the pizza I made the other night. Also: I’m going to get my shit together and order from Fresh Direct tonight.
