For those of you that think getting healthy is expensive…

A new heart costs $100,000 — at least according to the sign outside my gym.

Just because it’s medically possible to get a new heart, doesn’t mean you should stop taking care of your current ticker.

I don’t know about you, but I’d like to leave this world with all the same parts I had when I came into it.
