Two posts because I somehow effed up again. We had originally discussed nine miles, and then six, but we did seven. Why seven, other than it’s a lucky number? Because it was raining and we weren’t feeling the run and we should have been tapering anyway. So why not the original six? Because seven was a distance we hadn’t run before. Hey, why not?

This one was up the West Side Highway to a bit past Christopher Street and back. Lindsay and I had run to about Christopher Street when she came in May, but I made her stop to walk a few long times, and we walked all the way back. Jen and I walked maybe two minutes tops today
