It is the end of the world in NYC. It is cold and rainy, and it hasn’t stopped for days. I had my Fage and granola for breakfast with me…but in a cold, wet moment, went for the familiar comfort of the spinach feta wrap, granting myself an early Friday treat. No wrap tomorrow! I must say…it’s rather filling. I didn’t need a snack this am.
I lost 50 pounds and ran two marathons without sacrificing any of my fun NYC lifestyle. Follow along as I keep it off.
