Beer and burger diet – don’t try this at home

As you know if you’re a regular reader, I went away this weekend. I certainly ate better than I used to, but not as well as I’ve been eating lately. I left weighing 168.

This morning I weighed myself and I weighed 165. I have no idea how this happened, but I’m sure as hell not gonna knock it. Or continue eating how I did this weekend.
